		<description><![CDATA[I so appreciate your acceptance and love for your child. I&#039;ve often wondered how I might respond, though it never came up for me. A few years back, one of my sons (at 17)asked me what I would do if he were gay. I just told him that after being a mom for so long, I&#039;d finally figured out that what I wanted most for my kids was for them to be happy and loved. He dropped it there, and never brought it up again. He&#039;s recently married; to a girl he&#039;s been seeing for a few years. I think he just wanted to see how I&#039;d respond, and whether our love had arbitrary limitations. 
Thank you for loving as you do. You must be a wonderful friend and neighbor as well as a good mom. Best wishes!]]></description>
